Ocilla is reeling after the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Marquavious Da’shawn Westbrook during a Saturday night block party, an incident that also left another young man critically injured. Westbrook was transported to a local hospital following the shooting but was pronounced dead, according to his mother and stepfather.
